Why must we do a deal with Emera - if you want fed loan guarantees - why not for the rest

These figures, I don't suppose, would have anything to do with Insider Trading by people with a great deal of knowledge on what was about to come down the pipe line?
Ms Kelland-Dyer, these issues and the lack of transparency on Muskrat Falls are a huge concern. I would like to suggest that those of us who share these concerns work on a plan to get the message out. Frankly, the thought of this project going ahead, as envisioned, scares me immensely!
