Alcan is holding an investor workshop in Toronto on Tuesday October 03-06, I wonder will our Premier , Dunderdale, or O'Brien be in attendence? This is a great opportunity to talk business with a company that employs 65,000 employees in 61 countries. We have the energy and we have natural resources and maintain a skilled workforce. Time for an aluminum smelter!
Workshop Details
Note: There will be a live webcast of the event available for interested parties - perhaps the combined councils can get it on this.

Nuclear Technology is on the move - Banks see uranium as Bright Spot - Russia's proposal to gear up nuclear enrichment centres has the backing of the International Atomic Energy Agency and is moving quickly. Labrador with significant uranium potential and massive energy supplies should be working to get a North American centre.
If the Premier would get his head out of the (export all the power) sand and see the real opportunities - Quebec and Ontario would not be an issue.
Get on with it Premier - and if your hired experts can't deliver the goods on this - hire some new intelligence.
