This wave of energy is taking hold and preparing to make landfall in most areas of the world. Where are we with this? Why must we always be an ebb behind with a flow to go when it comes to natural resources - we have in abundance. Until we have creative and knowledgeable people at the top with progressive government policy - (not the kind of stuff we have had at Natural Resources for the last couple of decades) we will always be chasing the leader.
