NAFO shuffling will still sink ship...

The shuffling of chairs on NAFO'S deck will not stop the sinking of the Newfoundland and Labrador fishery.
Loyola Hearn has been muttering about cooperation he's receiving from some EU states on Canada's childish shove to stop foreign overfishing and plundering on our continental shelf.
Well there is a little problem here. The News out of the UK today shows that the EU states will not stop overfishing their own tuna for a booming sushi industry because - "The EU has recognised that illegal industrial overfishing is a problem in the Mediterranean but says regulation and monitoring is not sufficient to stop it."
Gee - ya think that might be the problem?
Now we are waiting for their cooperation to stop the destruction in the Atlantic?
