Danny you want something to Export?

See what's happening with WAVES

How are we doing with this technology? Newfoundland and Labrador is on the global map for significant resources in this area. The international energy organizations recogize us I wonder if we do? Then again our reps would have to read these global publications from time to time.
My guess is the Department of Tourism will be building a surfing brochure before we get to energy from the sea. Thank-god we're surrounded by water. Waves - what waves?

Who's "we"?

I've never felt terribly surrounded by water in Labrador. Maybe at Pack's Harbour.

More Newfoundland-centrism. The PROVINCE is NOT surrounded by water.

I'm terribly sorry you feel so locked in. Lot's of water around a peninsula. At least three sides. And then there's the mighty rivers. You running short of water? That argument you use for quebec and it's proclaimed boundary dispute, you applying that to Labrador? Those beautiful icebergs you have, how are they making out on land?
Your inland cod and crab fishery doing well? Your seals on ice or in Voisey's Bay? Still afraid of Dan hey?
Do something about it.

What, the opposite of "surrounded by water" is "locked in"?

I don't feel "locked in", and I sure as heck don't feel "surrounded by water". That's a Newfoundland sentiment, not a provincial one.

Depends on how pen the insula is, I guess.

And then there's the mighty rivers.

They don't do a very good job of surrounding, though. Maybe on the island part of Mud Lake.

You running short of water?

Nope.

That argument you use for quebec and it's proclaimed boundary dispute,

What's the argument I use?

Those beautiful icebergs you have, how are they making out on land?

They aren't. But the water they are in, doesn't surround me.

Still afraid of Dan hey?

What does "Dan" have to do with anything? And no, I'm not afraid of him in the least.
