That escalator gets more photo time than the Premier. The last time was "we got it - we got it" only to be followed by Stephen Harper removing 5 times that we achieved from Paul Martin and the Liberals. So here is Susan "we got it - we got it" we have to wonder when the other shoe will drop.

Why does this government use escalators in their photo ops , especially escalators that are "DESCENDING" , when they are supposedly bringing good news ?
Metaphorically speaking ,the act of descending is not seen as positive . A political announcement delivered on a descending escalator may have hidden connotations . There is the old saying that "photos never lie" ,so do some photojournalists have a unique ability to perceive the unspoken meaning behind the visual?
Quite the escalator clause.
