Innuendo???

Lot's of that to go around.

For anybody wondering why Ryan Cleary might take pot shots at a blogger - here's a theory.

When I posted the response on Sue's Blog to Cleary's suggestion that I may be in a conflict - essentially questioning if I am blogging for cash - speaking for somebody else - who should come directly to the particular page but Ontario Hydro.

My My - I guess the questioning of my credibility would come in handy for Ontario Hydro as I am one of the strongest public proponents to prevent Lower Churchill Power from being exported to them - instead to be used in Labrador. In fact the discussion has been hot and heavy lately.

As I have mentioned before - my site has a meter which can be viewed by any reader to Sue's Blog. This meter provides information on who is accessing the site - not ordinary mortals like you and I - we just come up as Aliant or Rogers etc.- instead of by name. However if you are the Federal or Provincial governments - or the RCMP or Exxon or even Ontario Hydro - the meter identifies that.

Here for the record is the visit by Ontario Hydro and the page they entered on.

As you can see somebody at Ontario Hydro has an interest in this whole thing. Makes you wonder doesn't it? Why would Ontario Hydro have an interest in Ryan Cleary writing about my credibility? Why would somebody here send Ontario Hydro the post address?

Keep up the great work Sue on this particular resource, the proposed Lower Churchill Hydroelectricity Energy Project must not be done for any other location's benefit other than the province of Newfoundland and Labrador and since Labrador has adjacany to that resource, it must be done with Labrador's complete well being in mind. Labrador should be plugged into that clean hydroelectric energy to create industry RIGHT THERE at the source and that means it should create industry right in Labrador.

I can't imagine though what Ryan Cleary's interest would be on siding with Ontario Hydro? Mr. Cleary always appeared to be looking after Newfoundland and Labrador's interest and I thought he shared the same opinion as I hold, that is any resource development to be done in the future in this province must be done for the province and its people? Has he changed his opinion and stripes?

If we want RESPECT we will have to earn it, and that will mean taking control over our RESOURCES TO CREATE ECONOMIES in Newfoundland and Labrador. The only way that we can do that is to develop our resources such as the Lower Churchill Hydroelectric Energy Project and use that power to FUEL INDUSTRY, in the case of this resource in Labrador. As we are fueling industry there is another POWER that we will earn indirectly and that is the type of POWER that comes with the feeling of SELF RESPECT. You see Ontario is so drunk with power of self-respect that comes from the empowerment of industry, it expects the province of Newfoundland and Labrador and its people to want to remain the Cinderella of Canada forever and just past their resources over to them.

If Premier Williams ensures that our resources are used to create both of those things in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, then we will have duel power and we will be on the road to better things.

Premier Williams you have captivated more than 70 plus per cent of the responses of the opinion polls at the moment, please do not let us lose self-respect for you by making the wrong decision on the Lower Churchill Hydroelectric Energy Project by passing that clean much craved Lower Churchill Hydro-electricity Power over to covetous Ontario to maintain and create more industry.

Premier Williams it is as plain as the nose on your face, we need to create industry in Newfoundland and Labrador, not to maintain industry, but I will repeat, to create industry, industry that has eluded us because we exported all of our resources to some other place to create economies elsewhere. We need industry created to keep this province populated. We are ailing very badly at the moment with more people dying than being born and when that awful aspect is compounded with the mass out-migration, we are in serious trouble; and Premier Williams it is under your watch. Please Premier Williams do not let the Lower Churchill Hydro-electricity Energy resource be exported out of this province under your watch. Thank You!
