Which Plane can do a Better Job?

Would it be better to have Tom Rideout conduct Surveillance Offhsore

With the travelling the Minister of Fisheries has been doing it might be better to have him conduct surveillance on the offshore of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Super Plane announced by Ministers Hearn and Ambrose - based in New Brunswick - christened in Newfoundland and Labrador - running from Minnesota to the Grand Banks is not going to travel as much as our Minister.
I think a case could be made to install some equipment on a plane based in Goose Bay - contracted to fly our Ministers of Fishery to and from Ottawa - to and from Iceland - to and from Ireland - to and from Norway - to and from Italy - that would better monitor our offshore for pollution and fisheries related offenses. Further it could fly over the front during the seal harvest and take pictures of protesters harassing sealers providing evidence for future court action.
Meanwhile where is Tom - Trevor has been doing the Minister's bidding in the House of Assembly since it opened - and he's not complaining about this slight toward Newfoundland and Labrador. You see this single plane - regardless of it's capabilities is hardly the cure for what's taking place in our waters.
You mean Loyola - you could not make a case to have a couple of these planes based out of Goose Bay to defend our economic and environmental sovereignty? It seems that our fishing grounds and other rich ocean resources - which support our vulnerable stocks - are left to beg - while Loyola worries about border guards on the Canadian - American border.
I say if the Ministers of Managing the Destruction of Rural Newfoundland and Labrador want to do something beneficial with their travel agenda's - buy that plane - name it the "Loyola May" - stick some technology on it and give them each a set of binoculars - because the one thing they both lack is vision.
