Where is 911 when you have to make the call?

I encourage all Sue's Blog readers to visit Special Agent 911 to see what areas of Newfoundland and Labrador have the 911 emergency telephone service.
When we consider the priorities of government to fund or partner in the development of communications infrastructure - the ability to dial 911 - should be the top priority. Aliant has met with government several times to address this issue - no result.
