One reader thought that I misunderstood Minister Loyola Sullivan - in his comments on federal funding for the fibre optic project - no I did not - the comments he made were in response to a question which asked about the funding for the fibre optic project.
It is the Minister - a member of Cabinet - who apparently voted on this deal - who does not know what he is talking about. I have the audio-tape of the question and answer.
