Hello Stephane Dion

So he wants to spend 10 billion on Kyoto commitments. That's probably close to the cost developing the Lower Churchill.
Anything...anything at all to get Quebec's hands on more Labrador power.
Don't forget your promise Danny - no dealing with Quebec unless a better deal is struck on the Upper. I can elaborate a bit more if need be.
Now Stephane it's like this - your votes will come from Quebec no doubt - but those voters shall not satisfy their megawatt hunger on our backs. Don't promise it in the backrooms - yes there are those of us who know the difference.
Stephane send us Bombardier - we would like a piece of that - and Labrador has just the spot for the company to open shop.
