Prices double in 2006
$ 30,000 a ton
Earlier this week I posted on Nickel Prices and the realtionship to Voisey's Bay Strike. As the price keeps going up it's a good time to read some of the other reasons.
It's important for our people on strike at Voisey's to understand this issue. When the company that your striking against is benefitting from the work stoppage it's difficult to move forward.
The nickel world is small and the large players, like big oil, control the system. You will stay out as long as the financial planning of the company deems it is beneficial that the strike continue.
You need to speak about this.
Here's the latest story from CNN
If the media will not do the research - your union should and put out the info.
