Systematic Plan for Newfoundland Rural Communities

The plan is simple. Our elected government have adjourned for the summer, in the height of a major economic and social crisis in this province. What message do you think that sends on how our politicians see resettlement and the fisheries. They are finally succeeding in getting fishermen to leave the fishery occupation without paying them one cent or retraining them! It's a desperate plan that both provincial and federal government are in as they have no other clue and certainly no guts! With this new agenda there is no investment required, no new monies, no effort, and no programs from government, just sit back and wait for people to voluntarily leave on their own accord!
