We are a have province - they say!
We have a booming economy - they say!
This is Tory management of billions of oil dollars - this is Tory management of non-renewable revenues for future generations!
This is 10 years of Felix Collins and the Tories:
So what do you watch? The potholes or moose? This is what Felix Collins has accomplished with billions of oil dollars?
Time to move on - let's see if we can salvage some sort of infrastructure investment from the remaining oil revenues.
This is the road to Tourism - Mistaken Point - the beautiful whales at St. Vincent's - the ecological treasure of Holyrood Pond and the dozens of communities that are historical treasures.
When listening to the radio, watching television or reading the newspapers about events in this province, there seems to be a missing link. One that bridges all that information together and provides a way for people to contribute, express or lobby their concerns in their own time. After-all, this is our home and everyone cannot fit in Lukie's boat and paddle their way to Upper Canada, nor should we!

The Low Blue Hills of Home - keeps me fighting for Newfoundland and Labrador
In 1961 - the year I was born - my grandfather Otto Kelland released his album - The Anchor Watch.
Naturally - Let me Fish off Cape St. Mary's was on it - but so was my favorite song.
My son found a YouTube audio of "The Low Blue Hills of Home" performed by Leonard Meehan.
This is the song I enjoyed most as a little girl and even today. It keeps me fighting for Newfoundland and Labrador.
Please enjoy it - as I have and do.
I miss grandfather and the wonderful man he was. Thinking of him today.
