Oil News

This from CNN Money

"Oil hovered around $63 a barrel Friday, weighed down by bulging natural gas and heating oil inventories in the United States and the suspension of an oil workers' strike in Nigeria."

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There is also speculation now that the major oil companies are playing with the price to curb the nationalistic fervor - including Newfoundland and Labrador - by jurisdictions that are demanding more of the action because of record prices.

Great for consumers - not so good for the Premier's demands on Hebron. I ask you is this what you want to rely on for your energy supply for the next 25 years? If the Premier exports the Lower Churchill - we will have no control, no industry, no jobs, and no rural Newfoundland and Labrador.
