Let's go all over the map...

Okay - I got it wrong - The Cabinet asked Bill Barry to hold off doing renovations til they could make it legal. Apparently - Bill - in a good mood decided he would give the government time. Thanks Bill - what would we do without people like you and John Risley who give the government a tap on the hands to let them know they are doing wrong.
So much for the law hey? Best I can tell everybody can now go and fill their boots. What an embarrassment.

Did anybody else hear Gerry Reid's take on the Lower Churchill issue. Thanks Gerry I needed to be reminded that without Quebec we can't do anything. And then the "Liberal" leader says he worried that the "Tory" leader won't get a deal on the development. Can anybody tell me why using the power ourselves is not an option?

The Ontario Minister of Energy waded in to remind Newfoundland and Labrador that when they rejected the Ontario/Quebec bid - well that was our choice. Then he says what would happen is we would sell the power to Quebec and they would sell it to Ontario. Yippeee!

How is it you decide what to do with your largest and most lucratvie energy asset when there is no energy plan?

Seems we have skipped right over the fact that we are losing our population at alarming and now record-making rates. Whatever - our GDP has improved. When we start worrying more about our Gross Domestic Population than our Gross Domestic Product - then we might start making progress.

The fish summit? Enough said!

By the way where is that letter Rideout gave to Hearn before the NAFO meeting - which apparently supported Hearn's requests of NAFO - I'd like to compare that to the BLUE BOOK and also the commitments the Premier asked for before the last election.

What happened with the pharmacists Tom?

How about an energy summit? No maybe not!
